Main Ingredients
  • Roasted Dalia - 100g cup
  • Milk - 400ml
  • Sugar - 75g
  • Kesar - 4-5 strands
  • Cashew nuts - 8-10
  • Raisins - 8-10
  • Thinly sliced Badam & Pistachios - 4 nos. each
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp

Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking
  1. Take 1 Cup Roasted Dalia (100g) and slightly saute in ghee till slightly roasted smell comes.
  2. Add 2 cups of (250ml) milk and cook till done.  Now add ¾ cup (75g) sugar and cook again till sugar dissolves.
  3. Garnish with kesar, dried fruits and cardamom powder. Serve hot.
