Bambino Pasta Arrabiata

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups boiled Bambino daily pasta
  • Olive oil - 1tsp
  • Chopped onions - ½ cup
  • Chopped garlic - 2 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes - ½ cup
  • Chopped capsicum - ¼ cup
  • Tomato juice - 2 cups
  • Basil - 1 tsp
  • Dry oregano - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Grated cheese - 100g
Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking
  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add onions, garlic, green chillies and sauté till onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add the tomatoes and capsicum and sauté on medium flame for 2 minutes. Add the tomato juice, basil, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Add the pasta and mix well so that the sauce is well coated onto it. Remove from flame. Garnish with cheese and chilli flakes and serve hot.
